INTUITIVE CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful self-healing practice where the breathing technique is circular, diaphragmatic and (usually) with an open mouth. Keeping this technique for a while will change the chemistry in the body, allowing change to come. This way of breathing will help open up your respiratory system, but more complete would be that the breath is a bridge between your emotional, physical and spiritual state.
