Service Description

Deep Tissue massage is a more remedial way to support key tension areas. It builds on a holistic massage technique whereby the muscles are warmed up before applying additional pressure and techniques to work more deeply into the tissues. A variety of skin-rolling, deeper pressure, and trigger point work is used to open up areas of tension. The benefits vary, from pain relief in case of muscle injuries or tension, such as in the neck or shoulders, to increased flexibility, reduced muscle tightness, and overall greater awareness of one's body. The massage uses oil.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation policy is in place. As several parties are involved when a booking is made we will charge 50% of the bookings fee in case of cancellation 24hrs before booking.
